ReviewMate aims to be an all-in-one solution, so communication solutions for connecting with a CDI team are integrated right within standard reporting workflows.

Oftentimes auditors report not only to clients, but to an adjacent Clinical Documentation Improvement team as well. Once an auditor has aggregated findings and is ready to report, ReviewMate allows connecting to a designated external CDI team via email, exported documents, or a special client-facing login portal. The login portal ensures reports give the most accurate up-to-date information.
